0.5 tsp ground fenugreek
2.5 tsp ground cumin
0.75 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground turmeric
20 curry leaves (fresh)
1 tbsp brown mustard seeds
2 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt flakes
0.75 tsp ground black pepper

This makes a big batch so keep what you don’t need at the moment in a air tight jar.
