Tuna Bombay

2 tins of tuna in brine
1 tbsp oil
1 leek
1 apple
1 tsp curry
0.5 chilli powder
1 tbsp mustard (Dijon style)
4 dl (400 ml) cream
1 tbsp flour
2 dl (200 ml) grated cheese
salt
pepper
500g pasta (e.g. tagliatelle)

Cook the pasta.

Shred the leek and cook it in the oil until soft but not brown. Cut the apple in small pieces and add together with the tuna. Add curry, chilli and mustard and stir well. Mix the flour with the cream and mix with your tuna dish. Let simmer for 5 minutes and add the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with the pasta and some fresh vegetables.
