Mango Curry Chicken

8 portions couscous
2 onions
1 tbsp oil
1.2 kg chicken breast
2 tbsp curry
5 dl (500ml) double cream
4 dl (400ml) milk
2 tsp cornflour
500g frozen diced mango
salt
black pepper
romaine lettuce

Make the couscous as instructed on the packet.

Chop the onion fine. Cut the chicken in strips.

Fry onion and chicken in the oil until chicken is done, about 5 minutes. Add the curry.

Add cream and milk mixed with the cornflour and let boil for 10 minutes. Add the mango and cook until mango is warm. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with couscous and romaine lettuce.
