Chocolate Balls

5 tsp vanilla sugar or 5 ml vanilla powder
3.5-4 tbsp cocoa powder
3-4 tbsp water
1 dl pearl sugar or desiccated coconut or sprinkles

Stir the butter so it is soft. Add all the other ingredients and mix everything together. Make into balls and roll them in pearl sugar, sprinkles or coconut.

A comment on this

Chocolate balls are the first thing a Swedish child learns to bake. No machines needed, no oven or microwave. Recipes vary. Some replace the water with coffee and some adults like to add some liqueur. We prefer ours plain and child friendly.
