Chicken Curry Spread

For the chicken

4 chicken breast filets
3 tbsp oil
salt
1 tbsp vadouvan curry
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

For the spread

1 onion, finely chopped
1 apple, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp vadouvan curry
1 tsp ground turmeric
4 tbsp oil
2 dl (200ml) crème fraîche
3 dl (300ml) mayonnaise
15cm leek, finely chopped
salt

Chicken

Cover the chicken breasts with oil, salt and spices. Put on a oven tray and bake until chicken is cooked through.

Set aside to cool, then dice the chicken.

Spread

Fry onion, apple, bell pepper, curry and turmeric in the oil for 4-5 minutes.

Set aside to cool 10-15 minutes.

Mix with the chicken and the rest of the ingredients.
