Curry Sauce

4 tbsp butter
4 tsp curry
4 dl (400 ml) milk
2 dl (300 ml) cream
2 dl (200 ml) chicken stock
salt
black pepper

Melt the butter and add curry. Let simmer a minute.

Add chicken stock, milk and cream. Let boil a few minutes.

If you want the sauce thicker add 0.5 dl cornflour, dissolved in water. Bring to a boil.
