Warm Chilli Sausage Potato Sallad

2 kg potato
5 bockwurst sausages
0.5 leek (or 1 red onion)
1 red bell pepper
1 tin sweet corn
0.5 tsp chilli powder
salt
oil
1-2 dl (100-200 ml) mayonnaise

Peel and cut the potatoes in bite sizes. Put the potato in a large oven tray. Sprinkle with cooking oil, chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Roast in the oven for about an hour (or until soft).

Put the sausages in another tray and cook for about 20 minutes. Cut the sausage bite size.

Cut leek and bell pepper in small pieces. Let the potato cool down a little before you mix all ingredients together.

For a full meal serve with bread and a green salad, or use as a side for BBQ or for your picnic.
