The Simple Crumble

400g diced rhubarb (or any fruit or berries)
1 tbsp cornflour
1 dl (100 ml) sugar
1 dl (100 ml) flour
1 dl (100 ml) rolled oats
50g grated white chocolate
75g butter, sliced

Put the ingredients in the form in order of appearance. Cover with the butter. Bake for 20 minutes in 200°C.
