Vanilla Sauce

3 egg yolks
3 tbsp sugar
3 dl (300 ml) double cream
1-2 ml vanilla powder

Whisk sugar and egg yolk until puffy. Whisk the double cream. Mix them together and add the vanilla.
Let cool in the fridge.
