ca 1kg ready boiled green lentils 4 carrots 4 tbsp olive oil 6 tbsp tomato purée ca 800g tomato sauce (or store bought tomato sauce bolognese) 4 dl (400ml) water 4 tsp oregano 2 tbsp soy sauce salt black pepper 1kg tagliatelle (or other pasta)
Rinse the lentils in called water. Grate the carrots.
Fry the carrots in olive oil and stir down the tomato purée. Add the lentils and the tomato sauce, water and oregano. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
