Pasta with lentils and tomato sauce

ca 1 kg green lentil ready boiled
to taste salt
1 kg tagliatelle (uncooked)

Rinse the lentils in called water. Grate the carrots.

Fry the carrots in olive oil and stir down the tomato purée. Add the lentils and the tomato sauce, water and oregano. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with pasta.

* or store bought sauce bolognese
