1.25 kg chicken breast cut into large chunks
Marinade

8 cloves garlic pressed
2 tsp salt
To serve*

0.5 head iceberg lettuce shredded

In a large bowl or freezer bag,  add the ingredients for the marinade and whisk to combine.

Place the chicken and mix well. Let marinade in fridge for at least an hour (the longer the better).

Thread the chicken on skewers and place on grill 5-8 minutes or in oven ca 20 minutes.

Serve with pita bread, lettuce and garlic sauce, or as on the picture with potato and tzatziki.

* alternatively serve with oven roasted potato, tzatziki and red onion
