Chilli Marinade

 for 1kg chicken or pork (spicy)

0.5 dl (50 ml) Chinese soy sauce
1 dl (100 ml) sweet chilli sauce
1 dl (100 ml) cooking oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 ml ground ginger (or 1 tbsp fresh ginger grounded)
1 tsp salt
black pepper
(chilli powder)

Mix all. Marinade chicken or pork for an hour before cooking OR pour over the meat before you put it in the oven or slow cooker.

The marinade can be used to add extra flavour to sauce. After the meat is cooked pour the rest of the marinade through a sieve, add some flour and cream and give it a quick boil.
