5 dl (500 ml) plain yogurt (full fat)
2.5 dl (250 ml) red onion sliced
salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves*

Place Yogurt in a bowl and whisk it until smooth. If the yogurt is too thick in consistency, add 0.5 dl water and whisk again to adjust the consistency.
Add sliced onion, salt, coriander leaves and mix until combined.
Garnish with more coriander leaves and serve onion raita chilled.

 

* 2 tsp dried coriander leaves or chervil works fine too
