Mix the ingredients for the base to a smooth dough. Press it into a base in a spring form, ca 24 cm.
Make the filling: Cut the strawberries thin and put in the cake base. Whisk cream, egg, sugar, cornflour and vanilla semi thick. Pour over the strawberries.
Bake for 45 minutes until the filling is firm and the pai has a nice colour. Serve with vanilla sauce, whipped cream or ice cream.
