Chanterelle Toast

to taste salt
8 pieces
2 dl cheddar cheese shredded

ry onion and chanterelles. Add the crème fraîche and let simmer a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Divide on white bread, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes in 225°C.
