Spicy Indian Chicken Soup

3 potatoes
3 small carrots
2-3 red onions
3 red bell peppers
oil
1.5 – 2 tsp garam masala
1.25 tsp curry
2 litre vegetable stock
2.5-5 tsp tomato purée
5 tsp soy sauce
625 g grilled, boiled or fried chicken
salt

Peel and shred the potato and carrot. Cut the bell pepper and red onion small. Fry with the oil.

Add garam masala and curry and let fry some more.

Add stock, tomato puree and soy sauce. Let simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the chicken in the ready soup and let the chicken warm up. Add salt to taste.
