1 tbsp ground turmeric
1 tbsp ground black pepper
0.5 tbsp ground ginger
0.5 tbsp ground green cardamon
* decrease the chilli if you want a milder curry
This makes a big batch so keep what you don’t need at the moment in a air tight jar.
