Nutty Squares

225g butter
2 dl (200 ml) sugar
0.5 dl (50 ml) golden syrup
0.5 dl (50 ml) double cream
5 dl oat
100g almond, pumpkin, sunflower seeds
0.5 dl (50 ml) flour
2 ml vanilla powder

Put butter, sugar, syrup and cream in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and let simmer a few minutes. Remove from heat.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Spread out on a big oven tray covered with grease proof paper. Bake for 15 minutes in 200°C. Let cool before cut to pieces.

Drizzle some melted chocolate over the cake for a deluxe version.
