Whip up egg and sugar. Mix the dry ingredients with the peanuts in a bowl. Add the egg mix and the butter.
Put in a oven tray and bake for 10-12 minutes in 200ºC. Melt the chocolate and pour on top.
If you find the cake too salty use unsalted peanuts or rinse them in water before adding to the batter.
