500 gram egg noodles 8 spring onions 4 tsp sesame oil 4 tbsp sesame seeds 4 packets Crab sticks 2.5 dl (250 ml) soy (light Japanese) 8 tsp fish sauce 2 ml salt 2 tsp sugar 2 ml white pepper
Cook the noodles accoring to instructions. Rinse and let cool slightly. Chop spring onion and crab sticks. Mix spring onion, crab sticks and noodles in a big bowl. Add sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy and fish sauce. Add salt, sugar and white pepper to taste.
Crab sticks can be replaced with grilled chicken or prawns.
