Marzipan Cake

Cake base
3 dl (300 ml) vanilla cream
4 dl (400 ml) double cream
1 dl (100 ml) jam
marzipan
icing sugar

Divide the cake base in three even layers.

Whisk the cream. Spread a thick layer of vanilla cream on the bottom cake layer.  Add the second layer and spread the jam on top. Add the last layer and cover top and sides with the whipped cream.

Roll the marzipan thin and cover the cake. Sprinkle icing sugar over and decorate.
