Marzipan

500g almond paste
4 dl (400 ml) icing sugar
2 tbsp glucose syrup
(food colouring)

Grate the almond paste rough. Sift the icing sugar and add the glucose syrup. Bake together to a smooth marzipan, by hand or it easily crumbles.

Divide the marzipan and colour it.

140g glucose syrup equals approximately 6 tbsp.
