Almond Paste

 approx. 500g   15 min°C

200g almond granules
200g icing sugar
3 tbsp glucose syrup
(1-2 tbsp water)

Mix all ingredients into a smooth paste. Add milk, cream or water if you need a looser texture.

Keep in air tight container in refrigerator. Keeps for a few months. Can be deep frozen.
