200g butter 4.5 dl (450 ml) brown sugar 0.75 dl (75 ml) sugar 1 ml vanilla powder 6.5 dl (650 ml) oats 2 egg 3 dl (300 ml) flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 350g dark chocolate, cut in semi large pieces
Stir butter and sugar until soft. Add vanilla and oats. Whisk the egg, add the egg to the batter while stirring and add the rest of the ingredients in order of appearance.
Make round balls and put on oven tray, covered with greaseproof paper. Gently press the dough balls in the middle. Bake for 10-15 minutes in 150ºC.
