Garlic Bread

2 tsp yeast
2.5 dl (250 ml) water
1.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
6–7 dl (600-700 ml) flour

Garnish:
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp oil
coarse salt
chilli flakes

Mix flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Add oil and water a little at the time and mix. Knead the dough a few minutes until smooth. Let raise under a towel for 45–50 min.

Press out the dough to a round cake, approx. 2 cm thick, on a oven tray covered with grease proof paper. Cut the dough in 16 pieces and let raise for another 30 minutes, covered with a towel. Put the oven on 250°C. Press the garlic in a bowl and mix with the oil. Brush over the dough and sprinkle salt and chilli flakes.

Bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cool on a rack.
