1 kg smoked ham (Kassler) 4 bananas 2 dl (200 ml) peanuts 5 dl (500 ml) single cream 1 dl chilli sauce 2 tsp cornflour 2 tsp Italian herbs
Slice the ham thin and put on the bottom of an oven proof dish. Peal and cut the bananas. Add the bananas and the peanuts to the ham.
Whisk the cream to a foam, preferably with an electric whisk. Add chilli sauce, cornflour and Italian herbs. Pour over the rest of the ingredients. Bake for 15 minutes in 225°C.
