1 kg minced beef 5 dl (500 ml) water 6 chopped tomatoes (400 g) 3 tbsp tomato puree 1 can black beans (ca 400 g) 1 can red kidney beans (ca 400 g) 1 can sweet corn 5-8g dark chocolate
Peel and chop onion, garlic and peppers. Fry them in oil with the spices.
Add the mince and brown it. Then add water, tomatoes and tomato puree. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Add beans, sweet corn and chocolate and let simmer another 10 minutes.
Serve with rice, couscous or jacket potato. Add some crème fraiche, guacamole and tortilla chips to make it a feast.
