Oven Omelette with Mushroom

Omelette

3 tbsp flour
12 dl milk
2 tsp salt
Mushroom stew

4-6 tbsp butter
5 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt

Whisk the flour with some of the milk in a saucepan. Add the rest of the milk and the eggs, one at the time, then add the salt.

Pour in a buttered oven proof dish and bake for 25-30 minutes in 200°C, until golden.

Make the stew and pour on the ready omelette.

* Or your favourite mushroom.
