Crunchy Crumble

150g butter
3 dl (300 ml) oats
0.5 tsp baking powder
1.75 dl (175 ml) sugar
a pinch of salt
1.5 dl (150 ml) flour
3 tbsp golden syrup
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds

fruit or berries

Mix all ingredients and spread over your fruit or berries. Put in oven in 180ºC, for about 30 minutes.

Serve with vanilla sauce, ice cream or whipped cream.
