Spinach Bacon Pasta

1-2 onions
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp butter
800g creamed spinach
4 dl (400 ml) crème fraiche or single cream
2 dl (200 ml) milk
2 tsp salt
nutmeg granules
280-300g bacon

Spagetti or tagliatelle

Boil the pasta. Chop the onion and bacon and fry together with the grated garlic. Add the spinach, crème fraiche, milk and spices.

Pour the ready pasta in a big bowl and pour the sauce over the pasta.
