Oven Omelette with Mushroom

Omelette:
3 tbsp flour
12 dl (1200 ml) milk
10 eggs
2 tsp salt

Mushroom stew:
800g mushrooms
4-6 tbsp butter
5 tbsp flour
6 dl (600 ml) cream
1 tsp salt
0.5 ml black pepper

Whisk the flour with some of the milk in a saucepan. Add the rest of te milk and the eggs, one at the time, then add the salt.

Pour in a buttered oven proof dish and bake for 25-30 minutes in 200°C, until golden.

Make the stew and pour on the ready omelette.
