Oat Scones

 3-4 cakes    25 min   225°C     12-15 min  

2.d dl (250 ml) rolled oat
6 dl (600 ml) flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
100g butter
3.5 dl (350 ml) water

Mix the dry ingredients. Cut the butter in pieces and mix with the flour. Add the water and make a dough. Add extra flour if the dough is too sticky. Make 3 or 4 cakes. With a knife divide the cakes with a cross to make them easier to break when done. Poke some wholes with a fork. Bake for about 12-15 minutes in 250ºC.
