2 dl (200 ml) Greek yogurt 1 garlic clove a half cucumber 1 tsp salt 0.5 ml black pepper
Pour the yogurt in a bowl. Peel and crush the garlic and mix with the yogurt. Grate the cucumber and remove the water through a sieve. Add the cucumber to the yogurt and add salt and pepper.
A classic tzatziki. Add more garlic for a stronger taste.
