3 dl (300 ml) Greek yogurt 1 large piece ginger, grated* 4 garlic cloves, crushed 0.75 tsp garam masala 0.75 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp paprika 0.5 tsp chilli powder 0.25 tsp turmeric 0.5 tsp black pepper juice of 1 lime (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken and make sure it is fully covered by marinade. Let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or over night).
