Taco Pie

Base:
100 g butter
8 dl (800 ml) flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 dl (300 ml) milk

Topping:
6 dl (600 ml) creme fraiche
1.2 dl (120 ml) mayonnaise
450g shredded cheese

Filling:
1 kg beef mince
1 batch taco spice blend
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 tin black beans
1 tin kidney beans
4 tomatoes
1 tbsp oil

Mix the ingredients for the base into a dough. Cover the bottom and sides of a large oven dish.

Chop onions and garlic and fry in the oil until soft. Add the mince and brown it. Then add taco spice and beans. Mix well.

Pour the mince mix into your dish. Slice the tomatoes and cover the mince with the tomatoes.

Mix the ingredients for the topping. Leave some of the cheese for later. Cover your dish with the topping and sprinkle the last cheese on top.

Bake in oven 20-30 minutes in 200°C.

Serve with a fresh salad and tortilla chips.
