Taco Pie 8-10 1h 200°C 30 min Credit: Celine & Mita Frosthagen Cuisine: Mexico Base:100 g butter8 dl (800 ml) flour4 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt3 dl (300 ml) milk Topping:6 dl (600 ml) creme fraiche1.2 dl (120 ml) mayonnaise450g shredded cheese Filling:1 kg beef mince1 batch taco spice blend2 onions2 cloves garlic1 tin black beans1 tin kidney beans4 tomatoes1 tbsp oil Mix the ingredients for the base into a dough. Cover the bottom and sides of a large oven dish.Chop onions and garlic and fry in the oil until soft. Add the mince and brown it. Then add taco spice and beans. Mix well.Pour the mince mix into your dish. Slice the tomatoes and cover the mince with the tomatoes.Mix the ingredients for the topping. Leave some of the cheese for later. Cover your dish with the topping and sprinkle the last cheese on top.Bake in oven 20-30 minutes in 200°C.Serve with a fresh salad and tortilla chips.We love this taco pie!
