Spare Ribs

3 kg spare ribs
2 cloves garlic
2 onions
2 tsp salt

Glaze:
1 dl (100 ml) ketchup
1 dl (100 ml) soy sauce
1 dl (100 ml) sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
0,5 dl (50 ml honey
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic

Put ribs in slow cooker and cover with water. Add 1 tsp salt per litre water. Add the garlic and onion. Cook on high until the meat almost falls off the bones on high (2-3 hours).

Take up the ribs and let the water drip off before you add the glaze.

Mix all the ingredients for the glaze and brush on the ribs. Let them cool for a couple of hours or over night.

Heat the ribs in the oven with the grill function on until you are happy with how they look. Or put them on your grill and add extra glaze each time you turn them over.
