Topping: 150 g butter 1.5 dl (150 ml) sugar 2 egg yolks 2 ml vanilla powder desiccated coconut
Whisk eggs and sugar. Add water, flour and baking powder and stir gently. Pour into an oven tray covered with grease proof paper. Bake for 10 minutes in 225ºC.
Put all ingredients for the topping in a saucepan. Heat until melted and mixed well. Cover the cake with the topping and sprinkle the coconut on top.
