800g cabbage 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar 4 tbsp rapeseed oil 4 tbsp water 2 tsp salt 4 tsp oregano 1 tsp black pepper
Shred the cabbage. A cheese slicer makes perfect sized pieces. Mix oil, apple cider vinegar, water and spices in a bowl, large enough to add the cabbage. Mix everything together and let cool in fridge for an hour before serving.
