Pizza Dough

 4 pizzas    45 min   200°C

4 tsp dry yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sea salt
0.5 dl (50 ml) olive oil
3 dl (300 dl) lukewarm water
7 dl (700 ml) flour

Mix yeast, sugar, salt, oil and lukewarm water (37ºC) in a big bowl.

Add flour, little at the time, until you get a nice and stretchy dough. Keep the rest of the flour for later. Let raise covered for 25 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 and with a rolling pin form 4 round pizza bases.

Add your toping and bake in 200ºC until pizza is crispy and has a nice colour.
