Pizza Dough

3 dl Water lukewarm

Mix yeast, sugar, salt, oil and lukewarm water (37ºC) in a big bowl.

Add flour, little at the time, until you get a nice and stretchy dough. Keep the rest of the flour for later. Let raise covered for 25 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 and with a rolling pin form 4 round pizza bases.

Add your toping and bake in 200ºC until pizza is crispy and has a nice colour.

Ready to be baked

We sometimes let it raise for an hour, depending on how well we succeed with the liquid temperature, to give the yeast the best conditions.
