Lemonade

 2 liters concentrate    8-10 hours    30 min

4 lemons
2 kg sugar
2 litre water

Put half of the sugar in a big saucepan. Slice the lemons and put them on top of the sugar. Cover with rest of the sugar. Boil the water and pour it over the lemon and sugar. Stir properly.

Let stay over night. Pour through a strainer and pour into bottles.

As there are no preservatives it does not stay fresh as long as lemonade you buy in store.

If you ever are given a bag full of ripe lemons this is a good way of using them. My dad likes to add some oranges too for a richer taste.
