Chilli Marinade

  for 1kg chicken or pork (spicy)

0.5 dl soy sauce Chinese
4 cloves garlic pressed
1 ml ground ginger (or 1 tbsp fresh ginger grounded)
1 tsp salt
to taste chilli powder optional

Mix all. Marinade chicken or pork for an hour before cooking OR pour over the meat before you put it in the oven or slow cooker.

* if duplicating the recipe, don’t duplicate the oil

A comment on this

The marinade can be used to add extra flavour to sauce. After the meat is cooked pour the rest of the marinade through a sieve, add some flour and cream and give it a quick boil.
