100g butter 2 eggs 2.5 dl (250 ml) sugar 2 ml vanilla powder 4 tbsp cacao 1 ml salt 2 dl (200 ml) flour 0.5 tsp baking powder
Garnish: Icing sugar or sprinkles
Melt the butter and let cool. Whisk egg, sugar and vanilla powder until white and puffy. Sift the cacao. Add flour, baking powder, salt and butter. Mix well.
Fill cup cake forms to ¾. Bake for about 12 minutes (depending on the size of your forms) in 200°
