Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk the egg slightly, add milk and butter. Mix with the dry ingredients.
Pour in muffin tray.
Bake for 15 minutes in 200°C.
** Liquid butter is the best choice, but not easy to find here so we substitute with melted butter.
