Maritha’s Mighty Muffins

  12   200°C       15 min

1-2 tsp vanilla sugar or 1-2 ml vanilla powder
1 dl butter melted **

Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk the egg slightly, add milk and butter. Mix with the dry ingredients.

Pour in muffin tray.
Bake for 15 minutes in 200°C.

** Liquid butter is the best choice, but not easy to find here so we substitute with melted butter.

A comment on this

Add flavour: cacao, banana, blueberries, grated lime peel or chocolate. Mix in before pouring in muffin tray.
