1 kg beef 1 onion 2 carrots 1 red bell pepper red meat marinade (cream)
Dice the beef and cut the veggies. Put meat and vegetables in your slow cooker and cover with the marinade. Cook on high for four hours. Add some cream just before serving (this is optional). Serve with rice and a fresh salad.
This is a really nice stew. Tender meat and lots of taste.
