Easy Berry Cake

 24-32   175°C     30 min  

200g butter
6 dl (600 ml) sugar
4 eggs
6 dl (600 ml) flour
1 ml vanilla powder
Berries or rhubarb

Melt the butter and let cool some. Add sugar, egg, flour and vanilla and mix to a smooth batter. Pour into a large oven pan, covered with grease proof paper.

Add your berries or rhubarb, cut into small pieces. Bake for 30 minutes in 175°C.
