1 kg white fish fillets 1 tbsp oil 2 onions 2 cloves garlic 1 red bell pepper 1 tbsp curry powder 4 dl (400 ml) cream
Chop onion, bell pepper and garlic and brown it in the oil together with the curry powder. Add the fish, cut in pieces. Cook until the fish is almost ready, then add the cream and cook it together for a few minutes.
