Mix all ingredients with your hands to a nice crumble. Fill the bottom of an oven dish with fruit or berries. Add the the crumble on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes in 225ºC.
Serve with vanilla sauce, ice cream or whipped cream.
Different fillings: Apples, add sugar and sweet cinnamon Blueberries, sprinkle with corn starch to bind the extra liquid Rhubarb, add extra sugar.
