13.5 dl (1350 ml) flour 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 320g butter 2.5 dl sugar 2 dl brown sugar 4 eggs 400 g chocolate (chopped)
Melt the butter. Mix flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Whisk brown sugar, sugar and eggs. Add the dry ingredients and the chocolate.
Roll the dough to small balls and put on a tray covered with grease proof paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes in 180°C. Let cool on a grid.
