Chanterelle Toast

1 liter chanterelles
1 onion, chopped
3 dl (300 ml) crème fraîche
salt
white pepper

toast
chreeded cheese

Fry onion and chanterelles. Add the crème fraîche and let simmer a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Divide on white bread, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes in 225°C.
